Greensville is your average, run-of-the-mill small town, with the same old people running around it year after year, but it's the teenage populace that makes it such an interesting place to be. With it's tendency to make and break stereotypes, they've got every sort of personality, and they tend to stick together like glue- or clash. Come visit Greensville. It's not exactly in the middle of nowhere, but it's North of Somewhere.

Auditioning

When auditioning, your para sample should be 2 or more paragraphs. IC samples are encouraged, but not necessary. Once accepted, send a message to the admins from your new account.

Reserves

Reserves last for 24 hours. If we do not receive you app withing those 24 hours, the role will be taken off reserve. 

Activity

If you’re inactive for a week, you’re role will be on activity check. Those on activity check have three days to contact the admins or post (starters, not pictures, music, etc.). Otherwise, the role will be reopened. If you know you’re going to be away for a while, message the admins BEFORE you leave, so we can put you on the excused absences list. Make sure to tell us how long you’ll be gone. If you don’t tell us, we may reopen your role if you don’t return in three weeks.

Drama

Keep it IC. Disrespecting your fellow rpers in anyway will not be tolerated. Major plot lines (pregnancies, serious sickness, deaths, etc.) should be run by the admins. We hardly ever say no, it’s just a way to keep tabs on things.

OOC Chatting

We love it! But keep it on the ooc blog. A link to this sideblog will be sent to you when you send in your characters account.

Posting

Please cut your posts! With the exception of those people using tumblr mobile, everyone should keep the dash neat by cutting posts. If you’re unsure how to do this, click here.

Always reblog as text! Reblogging as links clutter the dash just as much as uncut posts. If you’ve read all the rules, put fish fingers and custard in your app where it says ‘Have you read the rules?’ The link in the last paragraph shows you how to reblog as text as well.

Post starters! Reply to other’s starters! Make everyone feel welcome. It sucks to be ignored, and we don’t want anyone to feel that way. 

Anons

Anon character hate will be monitored by the admins. OOC anon hate is COMPLETELY inappropriate. If there is one mean anon sent out, all characters will be forced to turn off their anons for 24 hours. Anons are allowed, but do not abuse them. 

Read Mores

This rp will contain mature themes. However, smut should be under a read more. Anything that might be triggering to other rpers must also be put under a read more. We’d like to be respectful to everyone. If you’re not sure what you’re posting counts as triggering or if it even constitutes as smut, stick it under a read more. Better safe then sorry.

Characters

Each rper is limited to seven characters. This limit is in place so that no rper is taking roles that they can’t keep active. 

Trading characters in when you have reached the limit should not be taken advantage of. You’re limited to a total of five trade offs, and you must keep the character for a least a month before you trade again. Admins are keeping track of trade offs as of 4/7/13

Tracked Tags

Admins will be tagging activity check, events, and other important posts as nosnews. It’s important to track this tag so that you don’t miss anything us admins want you to see.
