Kyle Grant | Mikey Way | 17 | Junior | Taken
Kyle keeps to himself. Any form of social experience scares the shit out of him. He is the most vulnerable, insecure and unstable person you could ever meet. He over analyzes every single word spoken out of his mouth, and therefore, he doesn’t speak much at all. If anybody tries to speak to him, he panics. He has a slight panic disorder, but nobody believes him about it being serious. They think he’s just ‘shy’. Little do they know how much he struggles to stay alive every night. But he doesn’t ask for help, either. He is physically incapable of going up to someone, a teacher or a parent, and telling them something is mentally wrong with him. And so his parents go by pretending everything is fine. No one pays much attention to him. More alone than ever, he falls deeper and deeper into depression and the suicidal thoughts become stronger and stronger. Will anyone notice him before it’s too late?
Tynan Lawes | Frank Iero | 18 | Senior | Taken
Tynan is probably one of the sweetest guys you’ll ever meet—if he would ever let you close enough to get to know him. Growing up, he had a pretty screwed up life, and was always bounced from one foster home to another, never really having anywhere that felt like home to him. To fill the void in his heart where a loving and supportive family should have been, Tynan completely submerged himself in his books, using them as an escape for his own life. He barely made any friends because—at least in his mind—real life friends always left you, while characters in stories never did. Secretly, Tynan still longs for even one person he can talk to. Will there be anyone who can break Tynan from his “fairytale world”? Or will he remain almost like one of the characters himself?
Avery Bronze | Gerard Way | 18 | Senior | Taken
Avery Bronze is known as “that kid who spent a year in juvi.” Every where he goes, people cringe. Every time he walks down the hallways, people scatter as if he were the plague. Avery always shrugs it off with a smirk. He was born into a bad family situation, and as long as he could remember he’d had a bad rep. Why not embrace it? He enjoys the solitude of being a loner. The thrill of having not only students but teachers as well fear him. He was kicked out of school but decided to make something of himself and got a GED and is now in a small art school. However, deep down, all he wants is one friend who would accept him for who he really is. One person has made an impression on him, and has slowly gotten themselves into his life. He thinks he might have fallen in love, although he would never admit it. Will Landyn be able to break through to the college kid’s heart?
